OFFICE BUILDING RENOVATION
Southwire Company occupies the Old Firehouse just off the square in Carrollton, GA. Renovation design for the building included building signage, canopy, stoop, ramp and elevator additions; workstation replacement and finish upgrades; conference room, toilet room, kitchen and breakroom; digital graphic displays and audiovisual systems.

Conference room furniture included inset touch panels to operate smart board audio visual systems and other graphic displays.  Sound barrier construction provides voice privacy while switchable privacy glass (smart glass) provides visual privacy.  A white noise system provides sound masking in the open office areas.

The parking lot entry design includes canopy, ADA ramp, seating area, landscape and elevator tower.

Lobby renovations for the Southwire Energy Center featured multimedia information displays.  180 Degree seamless projected images described the history of Southwire Co. and its innovative products.  A tree sculpture sculpted from electrical cable anchors the space.  With Eric Mower & Associates.
